How much does shipping cost?

If you purchase is more than $30, then shipping is FREE through out NZ.

Under $30 shipping is $5 for all of NZ.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Shipping will approx. 2 business day, rural address may take a little longer.

We will notify you once your order has been shipped with the tracking information.

What should I do if my order hasn't turned up?

Contact us via email if your order hasn't been delivered within 5 business days, alternatively you can use the tracking details to check on the delivery progress.

If for any reason we are are unable to track down your order, we will organise for a replacement to be sent out ASAP.
